Dispeacable service

Worst carrier company ever! They were supposed to deliver my package. The driver called once and then left. No serious attempt whatsoever to get to me. Their delivery guy was a joke and disrespectful. Delivering was not his priority. I don't know if its a reflection of the company. Worst of it all, the driver was so rude when I called them back after 15 minutes. He was still in my area but refused to come back and said whose fault was it that I did not pick up the phone when he called. Was I miraculously supposed to know he would call at that specific time?I'm so disappointed in the service, it was so horrible. Dispeakable in fact. I am now inconvenience because o their incompetence. We pay for the service you see not doing up a favor. I'm even thinking of canceling the contrast with Cell C because of this carrier company. I Would not recommend their services even to my worst enermy.
