Dishonesty doesn't even deserve a one star review. Minus 10 stars

Dishonesty. That's all I can say about this company end to end. I've read multiple reviews complaining about the exact same thing - drivers not showing up on the day they're supposed to, claiming that you, the person waiting at home THE ENTIRE DAY is noted as being "contact unavailable. No phonecall, no ringing of the intercom... Even the 24 hour security confirmed your guy was never here. So, your drivers lie about their whereabouts, and that's ok? Stick your services where the sun don't shine. I'll ensure your service providers are well aware of your business practices.
