Dishonest Employees

I have already seen that you don't bother to reply to customers but I'm going to leave a note for you anyway... Your service is terrible, your employees are dishonest. Waybill ***, 3 hours after your people confirmed to be on their way to deliver a parcel, nothing is here, and now they dont bother to answer any calls. i hope to never deal with you ever again
