DISGUSTING UNRELIABLE SERVICE

Courier IT SA is truly a disgrace. I received an email as well as a SMS telling me that my parcel would be delivered today between 8am - 5pm. At 13:30ish I called to enquire about a rough time that the driver would be delivering and I was told 15:00. After not getting anything at 15:00 I called the tracking and tracing line again and was then told that I was **** to and that no one could have given me an exact time due to weather conditions etc but the lady on the phone took my details down and promised to get back to me. Half an hour later she phoned back and told me that the drivers phone was off and they could not get a hold of him and they apologise for any inconvenience caused. She put me on hold and tried to phone the driver again and again I was told that his phone is off, o started to get very frustrated as how can you expect someone to take an entire day off to receive a package. After 19:30 I receive an email as well as a SMS informing me that Courier IT SA could not deliver my package as contact was unavailable, the audacity they have to say this is beyond me. Although I am just a receiver of a package I will NEVER utilise this company for anything and will ask anyone who is sending me anything to use a different company if they were thinking about using Courier IT SA.
