Disgusting, unprofessional and useless

Disgusted by your service. My parcel was due to be delivered on Tuesday, IT IS NOW THURSDAY and my parcel is still in your warehouse! Do you expect your clients to collect the parcels from there or do you actually deliver the parcels without delaying it for 3 days in a row. I'm now told I have to wait till Monday for my parcel to arrive.

I'm sick and tired of phoning daily and "having my details updated" sort your system out or shut down.
