Disgusting Service or lack there of

I don't understand how this company is still up and running, they don't know what they're doing, they take weeks to respond, once they've responded they keep redirecting you until your query is null void, the most unprofessional business, and very *********** staff that should even be in the courier business as they don't know what customer service is and don't know the processes of transporting goods and getting confirmation for the clients. horrible company.
