Disgusting service from CourierIT - - Stay away from them

Utterly disgusted by the service received from this courier company.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. a parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 07th and next thing i know, i receive a notification stating they are unable to deliver as the address is incorrect,

upon contacting the company they proceed to advise me that the driver wanted to know which department i work in within the company before he could deliver.

the department i work in has nothing to do with having this parcel delivered as when you walk into the building you are met by security and front office who sign for all parcels, we have never had an issue before with any other courier company until now

i proceeded to inquire with security and front office if any one came to attempt to deliver a parcel only to be told NO !!

the driver did not even bother to go to the building to deliver the parcel, now the delivery is delayed as it was sent back to warehouse and i need to wait until they are able to send someone out on another day to deliver !!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COURIER COMPANY !!!! THEIR DRIVERS DO NOT EVEN COME TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BEFORE STATING THEY CANNOT DELIVER !!!
