Disgusting service from Courierit

I am disgusted by the lack of service I'm getting from Courierit, my parcel has been sitting with them since the 10th and when I call and ask for an update I'm told that my address was incorrect. I don't know if all the people are stupid or *********** as everyone asks me for my address.This has happened 4 times already the last person is spoke to today was Natasha who was also useless and routed my parcel to NorthWest whereas I'm in Gauteng. My parcel UA*** has been sent from one driver to the next without me being informed that they were getting lost.I'm disgusted and this is the last time I will be using this courier company for anything.
