Disgusting service

Livid is an understatement. Absolutely shocked and appalled by the lack of urgency and efficiency of this company. For 2 days now, my package just can't seem to find its way to me and calling their call center was an absolute waste of my airtime. I've canceled my order with Telkom. I am beyond upset. They claim the driver doesn't answer his phone when I call and thats two days now. They then take down my number and promise to call me back but don't. This was apparently escalated to a supervisor but guess what? I still don't have my package. What a waste of my energy.
