Disgusting Service Delivery

I will rate this courier company 0 stars, I do not know why they are still even operating with their absolutely **** service delivery! No one answers the phone at Durban warehouse, their email address "*** does not work! I ordered an item on 24th November it's now 4th December and my parcel has been sitting in their warehouse from last week Friday! I am absolutely ****ed of with this company! YDE please change your courier company! if you continue using them I will not be shopping with you guys!
