Disgusting service by CourierIt

I am appalled at the service of Courier It. It took me months to save up for my son's birthday gift. I was finally able to place my order on 25 March, to ensure plenty of time for my package to be delivered by the 12th of April. The system shows that my parcel has been sitting at the Cape Town Depot since the 8th of April but nobody has been able to locate it. The call centre is useless, I am not getting through. The Durban branch have made some attempts to assist me after the company who I ordered from got a Manager involved but I have never been so disappointed. Days have gone by without any updates. I've had to constantly follow up and BEG for feedback and I keep being told "sorry, your package is still missing" with no real apology or any ideas on how to rectify it. This was a very expensive gift and I will have to face my 4 year old and tel him I have nothing to give him on his birthday. My heart is broken and I will never, ever, ever recommend this company to anyone. Disgusting service!!
