Disgusting service, Annoyed Customer

I unfortunately cannot give zero stars.

I am extremely annoyed by the service from courierit. They do nothing but give a person the run around and expect the customers to chase them.

They are so hard to get hold off and you need to call the 3 numbers at least 5-7 times each before someone answers a call.

I have been waiting for a delivery on the 7th for a birthday gift that was needed on the 8th!!!!

It was scheduled for the 7th nothing, I said maybe there was an issue the tracking showed delay, I waited on the 8th. I waited on the 9th and subsequently called in and was told it would be delivered on the 11th. I called on the 11th since it was getting late and was told it’s out for delivery and old be received on the 11th. Guess what it never came.

I then get a new tracking sms to say the 12th. It’s the 12th and nothing, it’s been delayed again when I look at the tracking link.

I keep telling the person it’s being delivered to and advising of the reschedule as it’s a gift and it has still not been received, nor do you get any updates unless you call in.

Ridiculous.
