Disgusting Service

Courierit is a useless courier company and disgusting, Their driver Goodwill Sibanda is very rude, he called me on Friday the 17th of November saying he is at my flat to deliver my parcel, he called me with a private number, as I tried to explain that I am not at home but at work he can come a bit later he hung the phone, we made arrangements with Homechoice that he will deliver on Monday and my brother will receive the parcel on my behalf, he did not come nor phone, he did not deliver my parcel, he updated the system and said we were not available, yet he did not come to deliver and he did not contact either me or my brother. just to say person is not available even when they did not go to the delivery point is very dull of him and his company that he is working for. I waited whole day for the parcel and I called their call centre which is also useless, finally I go through to be told driver says I was not available. I have called their branch to review my case the management is so unhelpful and very rude, their head Office gave me an unsatisfactory response, may South Africa boycott using this CourierIt they are very useless, close down your business you have failed us, you are all rude and not helpful at all, monitor your car trackers to see if your vehicle was in the place of delivery, your service is disgusting, even today I have not received my parcel,
