Disgusting employee behavior while in uniform

Appalling conduct and downright ******* behaviour of your employee, Wonga Xayiya, who after hours went to a senior citizen’s persons property and home, to harass, intimidate and insult an elder in her home all because she made the mistake of being kind enough to accommodate his unruly and rude wife in the senior citizen’s home. The worst part is that he was wearing work uniform all the while acting *******ly and unfortunately now, it has left a blemish that has been so unnecessary for such a decent courier company. To witness an employee wearing company uniform conducting themselves in such a manner while they are appearing as an extension of the company… I mus today, such appalling and downright disrespectful and clearly unenlightened conduct should have been considered by the young man as when he appears in public even after office hours while at still in uniform he is an extension of the company he represents, in this case CourierIt and as such, has brought the company, the brand, name and reputation into disrepute and I am letting you know that we are insitituting proceeding against him and his fellow accomplices. But CourierIt, your employee need to know that company uniform is company property and no one no matter how great they think they are, should ever bring your brand into disrepute, especially a managerial staffer, they should know better but clearly this one, knows little or nothing.
