Disgusting Conduct

Good day. Your courier came through now to pick up a Zando package . They never call beforehand to give eta like i was told. They were extremely rude amd arrogant and didnt want to wait. The guys names where Sipho and George. I dont appreciate this kind of service. I want it addressed immediately.
