DISGUSTING

I am very disappointed and angry. I don't know if I should be ****ed off at Telkom or CourierIt. I was set to receive my package today, got an sms to confirm this morning. Checked the link to track the driver, lo & behold it does not work. The package stays on "Parcel loaded into vehicle" the whole morning.

The driver phoned me 13:33 to tell me he was outside my WORK address to deliver my package. I explained to him I told the Telkom agent that since I didn't know exactly when the delivery will be, to list my home & work address, he assured me the driver will phone me to confirm the address before delivery. After speaking to the driver he made it clear no such arrangement was made with the couriers. BUT when I asked the courier to please use the other address, he CONFIRMED my home address, which means to me that address was listed.

After telling me he will see if he can come later, I explained to him that that will be appreciated and he must please give me an estimated time so I can be sure to be at home. Didn't this driver tell me that he cannot make me any promises and he is very busy and then he cut the call????

I waited and waited, at 17:41 I got an sms that says the driver is on his way to deliver the parcel. Only to see on the tracking that it shows "Driver Delayed" and now that ****** delivery status shows the package was accepted back into Branch.

I am disgusted with this whole experience and I want to know must I know schedule my f**** days around a delivery??? When it wouldn't have taken that f***** driver 10 minutes to come to the other listed address?? Please just give me my package.
