Disgusted Customer

If it was possible to provide negative stars , this company would certainly get it .I received notification that my parcel would be delivered between 8am to 5pm at 8PM at night. I called in 2 days later after still not receiving my package , the receptionist was friendly but unable to locate their very own driver? I was then provided a number to whatsapp the driver on , which he doesnt have whatsapp? I have tried calling more than 10x over the course of the day with no response . I have then tried calling back the office over 3 hours - No answer whatsoever . This company is bringing alot of our South African brands into disrepute based on their incompetence, why go into business if basic ethics is lacking? Based on prior reviews this company should be brought to the attention of some ombudsman and be closed down
