Disgusted at the poor service

Our takealot order was sent with Courier It and meant to be delivered 21/12.. It was not. I contacted Takealot as the courier did not even bother to contact me,this was a Christmas present ordered on the 13/12.Was promised it would be delivered today,Friday.Couriier has not been in touch at all,again I have received a message stating that they could not deliver my package,utter nonsense they did not even try someone was here all day to receive it. And not once did they call or get in touch. The service from Takealot has got progressively worse since using these couriers I have lost count the number of times they have failed to deliver and I have received a message at 7pm saying that they tried and failed to deliver without so much as a phone call. Disgusting service Takealot&Courier It. Thanks my daughter won’t get her present on Christmas.
