Disgusted and frustrated

This is one sh*t company. Ordered something online and was advised that it will be couriered via this courier on Wednesday the 27 November. Decided to call on the 28th and was advised the parcel was on it's way to me but didn't receive it and again on Friday was told the parcel should be in possession before 12pm but that didn't happen, decided to call again and this time I was they are short of drivers and drivers are busy since it's black Friday and I have to wait but no one knows till when. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!
