Disappointing service and late delivering of Chronic Medication

Utterly disappointed.

Been waiting since yesterday for Chronic medication to be delivered from Medipost through Courierit. Medipost arranged with Courierit to have the meds delivered yesterday before 17H00 which never happened. Today all I got was before 16H00 the meds would be delivered. Even after I told them that my mom is a diabetic and her insulin has been finished since yesterday. They couldn't be bothered about putting someone's live at risk and then when they do finally deliver they do not even apologize. This is not even the first time that this has happened. The next time this happens, I will be taking this further to the Ombudsman.
