Disappointed
Me and my wife have been expecting a package since Friday from Telkom apparently out package is missing it, we don’t even know where to go now this is the worst service we have ever received we are sent from pillar to post we even suspect that their drivers stole our package there’s no form of communication whatsoever, we are completely out of options.

24 Jun 2020, 05:30Just called Courier It our package from Telkom has been confirmed that it’s missing, as I explained we are completely out of options we are given the run around from your staff Courier It!!! We can’t be waking up at 4 am in the morning just call you guys for what’s ours as I said previously this is the Worst service we have ever received, we expected this package last week Friday now we on Wednesday 24 June 2020 and still no communication whatsoever we are the ones doing the calling!
