Disappointed by Courierit service

I'm suppose to receive a parcel from Courierit, I saw 1 missed call from their driver on Monday the 9 December 5minutes later. I phoned him back and he told me I didn't pick up my phone and now he is gone. Then he told me if I want my parcel I must go to the police station they don't drive in at the Townships. I told him during the week there's no one at home and I asked him to take my parcel to my house my child is at home, she can't go to the police station alone. He said he can't he will take my parcel back with him. I wrote a complaint to the company and asked for assistance, no one responded I doubt I will ever get that parcel if this company is this ********. I am really disappointed at their service because other couriers come in the Township to deliver parcels but not Courierit
