It has been 24 hours that I have been trying to track my parcel that was handed over to courier it cpt on Friday 06/12 and nobody as in nobody can tell me the whereabouts about my parcel, nobody is available to assist me!!!!!!! I simply need to know where my package is how can no-one know???????? this is absolutely disgusting for such a big brand company!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can no-on be abl to answer the phones???????????????? Sies man

I needed this delivered before Friday 13/12 as I am leaving the country , so thank you courier it for ruining Christmas for my furry babies thank you soooo much, this is the worst year ever because of you *********** staff members
