Didn't deliver

This guy he called on Friday he is at Lenasia South which is 5 min away from Vlakfontein I send him the direction and ask my daughter to send him the location he goes back and lie to say he couldn't get hold of me and I have WhatsApp conversation as proof that I was contacted and responded back, he didn't come. This people have no sense of urgency and it seems as if they don't care whether u receive your orders or not. They lack customer service and they are ***********. Monday another came same story I just don't believe how can one hire a driver that doesn't know Golden Highway. I am so frustrated with all of this. I sent them an email at Courierit about this whole issue I get a lame apology saying this drivers couldn't get hold of me. I want nothing to do with Home choice.
