Diabolically and extremely bad service.

It must be the absolute worst service on earth. My supplier informed me that my package would be delivered on Monday 31/3. Nothing! Courierit sent me a SMS at 08h30 on1/4 to inform me tha t package will be delivered same day. I took the day off and waited. The tracking link does not work. At 16h00 I called their office (after trying intermittently the whole day) and finally got through to Ashley. After giving my tracking number, it took about 5 minutes for him to come back to say the driver won't make it today. Totally unacceptable. He was going to call me back after stating that his supervisors don't have landlines and can't talk to customers. I called again and a so called supervisor Awiwe (spelling?) pretended not to hear me and the call got cut. Needless to say when I called again they were not available and their answering service was FULL. No sane person or company should use them. Diabolical.
