Delivery not received and lies

I recently bought online and this company promised to deliver my parcel yesterday...i kept on tracking my parcel on the link provided, i waited until evening nobody contacted me until this morning your delivery person commented that my contact is invalid, how come coz i was available wholeday; sort out your mess and hire competent staff!!!! F###K
