Delivery Issues and Poor Communication from Courier Team

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I have received from Courierit. I have been trying to follow up on my package, making multiple calls throughout the day with no clear updates.

Despite providing the correct contact details, I was informed that your team failed to update the driver with this information, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. As a result, my work has been disrupted, and I am now falling behind schedule.

I’ve also made it clear that I cannot wait longer than 9 AM for delivery, as I need to be on the road for client visits. However, I still have not received any confirmation on whether the driver will meet this deadline, leaving me with no reassurance that my package will arrive on time.

This poor communication and lack of attention to detail are completely unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and prevent further disruption to my day.
