Delivery Issue

I had an issue with a missing delivery that was marked as "delivered", but never received the parcel. Understandably, I was very stressed. I reached out to the courier company and was assisted by Letters Novela who handled the situation with professionalism, patience and genuine care. He took his time to listen to my concern, and assured me that he would follow-up with the driver and kept me updated throughout the process. Even though the situation was frustrating, his calm and helpful attitude made a big difference. I appreciate how seriously he took my case and his commitment to resolving it.
