Delivery fee paid for non- delivery!

This is my second nightmarish experience with Courierit, for the same delivery route from Durban to me. What's supposed to take 3 days is now over a week! Gill Vermaak, the branch manager in Cape Town, does not answer the phone. Monique in Customer Services didn't call back as promised. The update on their system shows the order hadn't been processed beyond " taken into the depot and counted". The phone line at *** doesn't get picked up. Ironically, it's a less than 60 minute drive from me, which they still didn't deliver till this day. *********** doesn't describe what is happening. I'm beyond dismayed and disgusted, to say the least. Funny how they've managed to remain in business...
