Delivery failure

I'm so disappointed with courier it I've been waiting for my delivery since yesterday and I the items I ordered for tomorrow "Christmas day"

I tried to call Take a lot delivery to enquire with them the lady have me a number to call at Courier it and escalated the matter to the relevant department. I tried to call the number I was given and I've been on the line with no answer.
