Deliveries never made and no help provided

I purchased items from Adidas online that were sent using Courierit. The items were never received. Both Adidas and Courierit provide no help. It has been 2 months for a delivery meant to be 2 days max. I called multiple times and was told to wait because there is a delay, until I was finally told that the item is lost and there is nothing they can do. Adidas insists I wait for Courierit to find the parcel which was probably taken and I get no refund. So whoever at Courierit is taking parcels, I hope you get your just desserts.
