Deliver

I have not received my parcel-MDX*******3 since is been shipped from premises. I tried follow up on delivery but with no avail on call and no respond on email. While tracking my parcel it state that the parcel is already delivered to me, but I received nothing as yet.

Parcel should have been delivered to me 15th Sept 2022.

What a poor service
