Delays on parcel

Very nonsensical and useless courier service company. I ordered item from Adidas on 19.04.2025 and it was received by Courierit on 25.04.2025. To date, the 01 May 2025, my parcel has been with this courier company and no movement at all. I have received all my orders which were delivered through Ram Couriers, which orders were only placed on Sunday, the 27.04.2025. Adidas South Africa (Pty) Ltd should consider working with Ram or other functional courier companies. This is disgusting!!!!
