Delayed then No Delivery

<p>Courier IT kept shunting my package to different routes as shown on their tracking system. Day after day for the last two weeks my package was taken back to the Cape Town Depot. I had phoned customer services, given them my number in case the courier had trouble getting in. Nothing happened. Yesterday 13/12/2016 the tracking indicated that my parcel was put in the "gone out of business bin"</p> <p>Bottom line :I want my parcel by 13h00 on the 15/12/2016. It's been 4 weeks since I ordered and two of those four weeks has been them not delivering my parcel.</p>
