Delayed delivery with no communication

Worst service.. Delivery was supposed to take place on Wednesday/Thursday and was routed to driver Rendani Tshiitakhole however this didn't happen and according to the notes on my waybill number aaaa*** a text was sent to me and this is a lie I didn't receive a text which will give me a ref number that I need to provide to the driver when they get here.. I called and was advised that as per notes I refused to sign for delivery but the delivery didn't even get to me and I didn't receive any SMS or call I see on the website again it says my parcel is routed to the same person who didn't follow the process and added false notes whereas the parcel didn't get to my house. This is really unacceptable can I receive the SMS I am supposed to receive on my mobile number and can my parcel be delivered to my house 223 lilac street Dobsonville Gardens.
