Delayed delivery and unprofessional service!!!!

I received a whassap from courierit that the delivery will be made on the said day, I had to stay home home awaiting the delivery but they did not deliver. When I track my parcel, the delivery guy states that he didn't find anyone at the residence and we were home all day.

Upon delivery on the next day, They hoot outside, I come out and stand at the gate inside the residence so that the dogs won't go out when I open the gate. To my suprise 2 people just seated in the car looking at me waiting for me to come to them and collect from the car window while they are seating and chatting in the car. What a poor service!!!

I normally receive parcels from other courier companies, they never do this, they always give the best service and the drivers are so friendly!!!
