Delayed delivery

It was the fourth time a parcel from Takealot was send out and every time the driver have another excuse why he did not deliver the parcel. From could not find the address to delivery arrange to customer not available. They are a bunch of lairs. The couriers receive the parcel on the 19th Jan and send it out the 20th for the first time. It is now 8 days later and every time another excuse and not once did the company or the driver attempt to call me. And now they want me to be happy with delivery on the 31st. I will not ever make use of such a bunch of liers and *********** people.
