Delay of my parcel

I'm Noxolo Olivia Phakamile I ve been waiting for my parcel from MTN since yesterday Randall Peterson from Courier IT he phoned me for delivery at my work place and I told him that I don't have I'd with me so he said he will phone me and he never phone today I get a message that my phone will be delivered by Leon Kearns
