Defeated!!!!!

Everyday i get told my parcel is out on delivery from 8am - 5pm then at 6pm i get a message stating that "Contact was unavailable" when i was never contacted to begin with. When i call the head office they blame their bad service on their drivers. They can keep the router, i don't want it anymore.
