Darien @ customer support saved the day for me.

I appreciate dealing with an individual that understand client's frustrations and is thrives to find a resolution even if it is unfavourable to the client.

Second the courtesy call at 10h23 today, just to provide an update added another star on my review, to bring it to 3, the 4th star is for the explanation Mr Ntshalintshali provided when he arrived to deliver the parcel.

Unfortunately, the last star was lost due to the lady that picked up my first call on the 08/10/19, to whom her name i mentioned when i had a chat with Abigail.

Abigail and Natasha, provided a friendly service aswel.
