Damaged Goods in Transit

This is the second time that a parcel I have sent, has arrived damaged at it's destination. This is unacceptable as all our parcels are packaged carefully, along with fragile stickers all over it. My customers pay good money to receive the best service, and this is what you give them? How does a parcel get damaged in transit on it's way to a destination? In my opinion it is careless and unprofessional.
