Customer service is non-existence. No care in the world about consumer's goods.

Horrible Service, whether you call or go there physically. Been calling their customer service for almost 2 weeks now with no help ended up driving there to try and figure out what the delay is with my parcel. My parcel is no where to be found, they can't find it - still tracking it. Instead they mixed up deliveries! Delivered someone else's parcel to my address, don't know when they will collect and deliver the other person's parcel!! Pathetic... .
