Customer service is a mess.

I'm not even sure where to begin here. Started off with not receiving any answers to my questions. Even though I had sent the same email to multiple email addresses within the same dept. Tried to call the office ********** 777, phone just never gets answered. When I finally did get a call back, after phoning head office, the person was ridiculously rude. I've since mailed back to ask a supervisor call about this. @ 12.21, it's now 3.26. This new message has been read by countless customer service agents. Not sure how come I'm getting all these read receipts, and STILL NO CALL BACK. Possibly they're just hoping I'll go away.
