Customer Service Agents, incompetence and rude

Customer service given today was very incompetency and customer service agents have a attitude and poor service delivery as im waiting for feedback , they all has been saying will get back and now its Closing hours no one has bothered to call back

i have called this morning and the consultant had an attitude with delivering my parcel, had called again and again everyone saying will get back back...

i need my parcel delivered at my house as i will be leaving town , im very furios why did the supplier choose them and their employees full of nonsense
