Courit: Incompetence in Motion

Real pathetic service and not the first time. Today one of your drivers stopped in my driveway (Herm****), simply just hooted like a hooligan and drove off after about 30 seconds without even phoning OR going to my front door to ring the bell.

I phoned your Cape Town branch, spoke to some idiot that wasted my time to only be connected with reception again after being on hold for almost 10 minutes. After I finally spoke to a supervisor (Natasha), she was suppose to phone the drive and get back to me. Obviously she didn't as the driver didn't come back.

I mean why care about your clients? You only care about getting the client's money but not about the service we PAY for and do not receive. I wouldn't trust Courierit to sit the right way on a toilet. Perhaps remove "excellence" from your slogan
