Couriet IT - Terrible Service

My parcel delivery is again delayed. Reason: "The system changed your delivery address Sir..." (direct quote from guy at Head Office). Thus rendering any specific person blameless. Horrible service. Amazed at all the horrible reviews posted. Sooner or later it's going to catch up with them. I hope for their sake they make the neccesary changes.
