Courierit/Ackermans

Would not recommend this delivery company at all!! I Have received orders from various courier companies with no issues at all. This is the first time a parcel is being delivered to me by Courier it and I have still not received it. I Ordered from Ackermans online on the 08 December 2024 and was expected to be delivered by the 11th December as it stated in couriers website which is so delayed with no regular updates. No one calls you i had to call them numerous times, sent multiple emails. From the responses no apology was given when the issue was found stating my parcel had been loaded in the incorrect van area. To then be told it will delivered the 13 December. Its the 18th and still no package and no update. Ackermans should seriously consider a different courier company. They promise to call you back and never do. There is not even a whatsapp number to be in contact with them nor can you call the driver which other courier companies allows you to do. So the only way to know whats happening is to call just so can give you more bull**** lies on when it will be delivered. If i could rate it minus zero i would. Absolutely ridiculous company.
