Courierit ****y service

Was suppose to get my delivery yesterday (28/11/2023) but to my disappointment i got an sms in the afternoon indicating that they are unable to deliver, with the sms was a link which does not work, i tried calling and was made to hold for more than 20 minutes then they hung up, TWICE! Sent an email, still no response whatsoever
