courierit worst delivery company to deal with

WORST EVER COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

i took out a contract with CELLC in August 2021 on my waybill they advised that firstly my address was incorrect but then again the address was not found then on the waybill states the courier guy came to my office but i had no rica documents then the next day no proof of address, my question is how did you come to my address if my address is not found on the system how did you know i never had documents if you never came? several times?????.

my phone was sent back to cellc then again this happens again the agent called me personally and verified the details of the delivery then again it happens again?????

i find this very unprofessional behavior from a courier company.
