COURIERIT very useless

I bought stuff from Adidas online,on the 25th October 2023.up until today they haven’t made any deliveries.there’s excuses after excuses.yesterday (02/11/2023)I sent emails and it was promised that they will be delivered but they didn’t.what a useless company.the very same day I bought from Bash and Ram delivered my stuff without any hustles.i am so angry,that alone has jeopardised the reputation of Adidas.
